3rd Gup – Both partners start in a Fighting Stance
#1. Left check block block on opponent’s reverse punch Left back fist to face. Right reverse punch to face.
#2. Left palm block with right palm chambered across face to left side. Right back fist with left hand chambered back to left side of face. Left palm heel strike with right hand chambered to right side of face
#3. Left upper defense (simultaneously) right inside heel kick to opponent’s knee. Stepping down to the outside of opponent’s lead leg. Right elbow strike. Left elbow strike.
#4. Left. knife hand outer forearm block to opponent’s punch. Left upset knife hand strike (to side of neck). Same hand grabbing back of head. Right elbow strike.Box content
